None of these use cases hit a paywall. There are no per-pupil, per-seat or per-participant licences, no response caps, and no features reserved for a tier — a school, a conference and a research group all get the same product.

That is deliberate rather than promotional. The project is funded by optional supporters and runs on donated time, which is a slower model than subscriptions but does not create a reason to withhold anything.

Frequently asked questions

Is Jackpoll suitable for large organisations?
Yes. There are no seat or response limits, roles control who can edit or view a survey, and self-hosting is available when data has to stay on internal infrastructure.
Can one account run several kinds of survey?
Yes. Folders and templates keep a growing library organised, and any survey can be switched into quiz mode or hosted as a live session.
