How a live word cloud works
Add a word cloud question to a survey, share the link or its QR code, and open the presentation view on whatever screen the room is looking at. Every submission joins the cloud immediately: repeated words grow, new words appear at the edge, and the most common answer ends up unmistakably in the middle.
Because it is a question type rather than a separate product, it lives alongside everything else. A word cloud can open a session as an icebreaker, sit in the middle of a longer feedback form, or close a workshop — and the words are stored with the rest of the responses, so you still have them the next morning when the projector is off.

Anonymous crowd input on a wall-sized screen is a small act of trust, so there is a profanity filter between the submission and the projection. It covers English and German, runs before a word ever reaches the shared view, and needs no configuration.
Answers are normalised as they arrive, which is what makes the counting meaningful: differences in capitalisation and spacing do not split one popular answer into three lonely ones. The result is a cloud that reflects what the room actually said rather than how carefully people typed.

The cloud is a view of the data, not the data itself. Once the session is over the same answers are in your results dashboard, exportable to CSV or Excel alongside every other question in the survey, and subject to the same retention rules — including automatic deletion or anonymisation after a period you set.
That matters for workshops and classes that run repeatedly. Because each session is a normal survey, you can compare what a room said in March with what a different room said in November, without screenshotting a projector.
