A survey and a quiz are the same document
Quiz mode is a switch on a survey, not a separate editor. Every question type that has a definable correct answer — multiple choice, true/false, checkboxes, dropdown and the grid types — gains point values per option, and grading happens the moment somebody submits.
That means a question bank is reusable. The feedback form you wrote last term can become this term's knowledge check without retyping it, and a quiz can contain unscored questions — a name field, an open comment, a rating — sitting quietly between the graded ones.

What the person taking it sees
Conversational mode shows one question per screen in a chat-like flow, which keeps attention on the current question and makes a long quiz feel shorter than it is. Feedback can appear immediately after each answer, or be held back until the end when you would rather not have people comparing notes mid-quiz.
At the finish, the outcome page is chosen by score range. A pass and a near miss can end on genuinely different pages — one with a certificate-style summary, another pointing at the material worth revisiting — instead of the same generic thank-you for everyone.

What you get back
Results are more than a list of scores. You get the maximum achievable score, the average, how many passed and failed against your passing mark, and the full score distribution — which is where the interesting reading usually is. A cluster just below the pass line means something different from an even spread.
Per-question results still work exactly as they do for a survey, so you can see which single question dragged the cohort down. Export the raw responses to CSV or Excel, or generate a PDF per response for the ones that need to go in a file somewhere.
